Modelul Noyes OFL250 produs de AFL Telecommunications este un OTDR (Optical Time Domain Reflectometer) destinat fibrelor single mode. Aparatul are integrate Optical Power Meter (OPM), Laser Source (OLS) si Visual Fault Locator (VFL), toate acestea intr-un pachet ce cantareste numai 0,8Kg. Avand o zona moarta redusa si capacitati medii ale gamei dinamice, modelul OFL250 este ideal pentru testarea fibrelor optice din retelele FTTx si cele din retelele metropolitane.

Acest model ofera posibilitatea functionarii in mod automat sau manual, masurarea cu precizie a evenimentelor, masurarea pe mai multe lungimi de unda, capacitate de stocare interna si conectivitate USB. Porturile sunt echipate cu adaptoare ce nu necesita alte unelte, facilitand astfel schimbul rapid.

Rezultatele testelor sunt salvate in format .SOR si pot fi transferate pe PC pentru vizualizare, printare si analizare cu ajutorul software-ului livrat cu aparatul.
